Last week I talked about my word of the year – Focus.
And by FOCUSING on building systems in 2023 our company sky-rocketed our opportunities.
CEimpact is growing and as we expand our footprint in the pharmacy education space, we quickly recognized the importance of having clear systems in place to keep up with the volume of growth.
Just like pharmacies have systems for patient care and safety, we model that so we aren’t recreating the wheel each time we develop new education.
CE creation is both complex and academic by nature, so translating this education to you in simple, relevant, and inspiring ways takes intentionality.
Two resources that have helped me focus on systems are Atomic Habits and Getting Things Done. Both of these books have sat on my desk for years and have been invaluable, both personally and professionally.
What are your tried-and-true systems? I’d love to hear about them!
As always, have a great week and keep learning!
