Crucial Conversations in Experiential Education

This continuing pharmacy education course provides useful tools to assist the pharmacy preceptor in awkward, sensitive, and difficult conversations in the experiential education setting. Emerge from this session with various tips and techniques to confidently navigate these situations and ensure a successful, rewarding experience for preceptors and learners alike.
Upon successful completion of this application-based activity, preceptors should be able to:

2. Discuss strategies for managing crucial conversations.
