Medicare Parts C and D Fraud, Waste, Abuse and General Compliance Training 2024
Medicare Parts C and D Fraud, Waste, Abuse and General Compliance Training 2024
This two-part course satisfies the CMS Medicare Part C and D FWA and General Compliance Training requirement.
At the time of the most recent revision to this training, CMS no longer requires unmodified General Compliance and FWA training be completed by first tier, downstream (FDR), and related entities (FDRs; e.g., physicians, pharmacies, and other providers) due to the Patients Over Paperwork Initiative. Many payer-provider contracts, however, continue to require such training; this course may be used to help fulfill those requirements.
Part 1: Combating Medicare Fraud, Waste, and Abuse
Learn about major laws and regulations pertaining to Fraud Waste and Abuse (FWA), potential consequences and penalties associated with violations, and preventing, reporting, and correcting FWA.
Part 2: Medicare General Compliance Training
Learn about Medicare Parts C and D compliance and how compliance programs operate, including how to report compliance program violations.
Fee includes course and course materials.
Course is non-refundable.
