Upon successful completion of this knowledge-based CPE course, pharmacists should be able to:
1. Identify the regulatory requirements applicable to pharmacies through the “corresponding responsibility” regulation adopted by the federal Drug Enforcement Administration.
2. Explain how pharmacy technicians can support pharmacists in meeting legal requirements related to screening of opioid prescriptions.
